High quality, quick processing, and delivery. These are easy to line up and install and work great. I had to file a tiny bit of material off the feed ramp for one particular brand of upper and bolt but that was a few minutes work. When it came time to build another Colt style lower, the choice was easy... SMF lower receiver and builder's kit.

My order was processed and shipped quickly. It arrived before I was expecting it. It was simple to install and though I have not fired the weapon yet, it does well cycling shells through manually. I would definitely buy again.

Only issues is the lower has 2 holes were the ejector could fit, and no instructions on which hole to use.

Precision
When buying 80% or stepped lowers even if you do everything right but use budget minded components you will have many failures. The ramp, elector and bolt stop when making a 9mm carbine had beguiled me for number of builds prior. Then I found SMF. Their lowers and build kits have been spot fo on. The only catch had been you will need to buff them out a bit and for them to your upper. Each one is unique but this kit simply works. That is all I can ask of a manufacturer.

awesome 9mm kit
This is by far the best 9 mm build kit for my 9 mm dedicated AR lower, I have built three so far , and there's just no comparison to the alternative, mag-well adapter?...I don't think so! Great job SMF!!
