AR-15 80% Lower Receiver - Fire/Safe Engraved
Our AR-15 80% lower receivers start as 7075-T6 aluminum forgings sourced from one of the top forges in the US. We take them from the raw shape and machine to mil-spec 80% receivers. This process is completed in house on our precision CNC machines. Thus, this unique DIY offering allows the firearms and Liberty enthusiast an opportunity to complete their own functional rifle or pistol in the comfort of their own homes. Additionally, this is an entirely American made product from start to finish.
The remaining operations needed to create a functioning firearm include: Drilling the fire control group pocket, trigger slot, drilling the safety selector hole and finally both the trigger and hammer pin holes. These operations are easily completed on an end mill or drill press with the aid of an appropriate jig.
You will notice we offer two finishes: Black anodize (mil-spec), and raw aluminum. Please note we strongly recommend the anodize options as this provides additional strength and protection to the aluminum structure.

This is not a complete receiver and still requires additional machining work to be functional.
We have a copy of our BATFE determination letter stating this isn’t a firearm and is not regulated as such.
